An outdoor stairway.I found plenty of these!
This one is up a cliff/ rock face in Torquay, and was surprisingly easy to climb.
This one is at Ilford Railway Station
This one is in a corner of the churchyard in Leytonstone, where I found the nature trail.
This one is leading up to a police (I think) building on the sea front at Leigh on Sea.
