Once a week I go to the local hospital, as a volunteer,to visit patients in one of the wards. Today I popped into the cafeteria to pick up some lunch. There I met the Mayor of Islington who was very happy to be photographed and drew the rest of us into pose with him. At this moment I don't know who the other man is.
